Great fish & chip shop. Go there regularly. Enjoyed the takeaway meals.

I regularly use the Woodend fish bar and it has always been good. However tonight the fish and chips were greasy. There is a sign now saying that fish is fried to order. The fish was taken straight from the fryer and put on top of the chips. When i got home i found the fish had not drained and the fish batter was soggy. The fat had also made the chips soggy. I called to complain and was asked to take the food back to be checked. I declined as the the greasy fish had made me lose my appetite.

This chipper is all-round OK but do be prepared in a slight lack of chips with suppers.Plus side they do do burgers :-)

Me and my friends go here a lot there service is great and the food is excellent the ONLY good chipper around
