Spacious tastefully decorated rooms, breakfast with high quality food, friendly service. Mattress in the rooms were too soft for my taste and you will need to take bus or taxi to go to Bath centre. Overall very much recommended.

Had a wonderfully pleasant time, breakfast was great in a quaint and homely atmosphere. The family running it are very friendly and speak several languages! Would love to come back, felt sad to leave..!

Myself and husband had the most relaxed time at Poplar House Suzanne great at what she does and really makes you feel welcome.... Beautiful house beautiful place beautiful people .... Thankyou

My family stayed here around the time of our wedding and my ushers and I came to join them for breakfast in the morning, which the owners of the B&B were extremely accepting of.
Whilst I can't comment on bed aspect, if they of the same quality as the breakfast then they must be fantastic. The spread was delicious, generous, varied and freshly prepared by such a friendly family in an intimate yet spacious atmosphere.
My family were also so pleased with the B&B, it really was the perfect stay for them and for us it was the perfect wedding breakfast (as in actual breakfast, not "The Wedding Breakfast"!).
Thank you so much, my family will be back and you can be sure that when they are, I shall be ringing you up to ask if I can join them for breakfast!
