I have attended Mara's classes in Pilates on Wednesdays at the New Oriel Hall, a well-appointed community centre in Larkhall on the east side of Bath. I have been following her guidance for almost 20 weeks now and have noticed a remarkable difference in my flexibility, core strength, posture and general well-being. I can now touch my toes with legs held straight!
Pilates under Mara's tutelage provides a sense of contentment and reflection that helps combat the stress of the work day yet it is no undemanding exercise period; by the end of the hour I feel that I have had a good and comprehensive work-out.
Mara's knowledge of Pilates and her teaching skills make it an easy task to recommend her highly.
