5 star service from start to finish would have no problem using them again and I would recommend them as well .

Calling the phone number listed is ridiculous!!! Train your associates how to take care of a customer it's called Customer Service!!

Rented a car which broke down after less than 15 miles and the company is attempting to hold us accountable. This is after it took nearly two hours of being put on hold just to be sent to another line to be put on hold to be transferred again. We had broken down in a busy intersection with no ability to pull off the road and NO ONE would escalate our case or send a tow truck. After two hours, we finally got a tow, and then absolutely none of the costumer service people could tell us info on where to tow to. We towed to the airport simply because we made a choice so that the tow driver could move on. All of this ended up making us miss the first half of a pre-paid tour worth about $100, and then we had to pay about $70 for a cab to make it AFTER CLOSING to the rest of our tour (worth about $200) , which we only managed to get to keep because that manager stayed half an hour late for us.
It has been five days since they put in their claim with ZERO contact with updates at all, despite us emailing them twice. Neither the home phone nor my cell phone works with the customer service number we were given.
Lost over 4-5 hours of our trip, over $200 , only had a functional car for about 15 minutes, and I believe they will try to charge me for $2000 after giving us a non functional car. Have received NO updates or replies.
I would never go anywhere near this company. It will ruin your vacation.

Your staff at Belfast City Airport are awesome. Their friendliness helpfulness and professionalism will see me be a Europcar customer again in the future. The original staff member at the counter and the returns guy were both lovely.
I'd just returned a rental that day and was due to fly to London with BA and the BA IT problem saw me in Northern Ireland another day and no hotels within 30 mile radius of Belfast. So back to the Europcar counter and the lovely guy on duty was so kind and patient, and of course got back on the road and I was off to stay with my aunt 30 miles away

A friend of mine who was doing the driving for our holiday broke his arm and could not drive before our trip and the company we booked with would only let us take another car out 5 times the price so I went to Europcar who were great fast understanding (as it was last minute booking) and they helped us out on the spot with a great car for a great price. Will definitely use Europcar on my next adventures. Highly recommend! Clean tidy and very professional.
