“Reception staff”, or whatever they like to be called, as they seem to have NO formal training whatsoever were very slow. A queue for breakfast everyday, anytime we needed someone at reception- nobody to be found. No please/thank you either. Didn’t have dinner there but breakfast was ok. The car park is my biggest gripe - a bloody joke!!! It’s tiny for the size of the hotel & if you take your car out during the day, good luck trying to get a spot on your way back. We drove around for 30 mins with 2 kids at night looking for parking until a spot finally opened up about an hour later. Rooms were fine, we had a family room. Won’t rush back!

Awful experience with this hotel. Room window would not close. Moved too another room that also had window wide open ar 1.30 am. When we said we were not staying in a cold room. Then proceeded too close window and try and get us to stay in the second cold room. When we refused to stay in a cold room. We were meet by a very inhospitable management. That said when we explained what had occurred that they did not receive the full story from staff. Then proceeded to say they would set us up in another room which would take more time. We waited.......then went to a room that had no bed covers!!! Then continued to put up an argument about the lack of bed clothing until we produced photographic evidence of the lack of any bed covering.

Great beds! Good food! Can be hectic when busy, but they advise with signage. Clean rooms! Friendly staff! A bit of a walk into centre but close to Titanic

Was my first time staying at a hotel alone. Really enjoyed my stay. Room was great. Bed was like coffin cause I slept like the dead every night (could have been cause I was walking 10k a day). Great WiFi.
Breakfast had a good selection. Their pastries were proper size. Not the mini ones you see in some other hotels. Great pancakes and bagels. Good coffee.
Great access to the town. A short walk or drive. And a bus stop just outside the front door.
