Good gym that has pretty much everything that you'd be looking for ranging from various classes including spin. Has a good size exercise room with plenty of running machines, bikes, cross trainers and various weight machines for targeting all areas of the body. It does have just an ok size free weights area but didn't find a problem as I train during the day when it's quiet but if it was busy... could be tight. It does have alot of free weights though, various benches, bars and even a couple of good squat racks and cable machines... All round decent gym, there is more there but think this review gives an idea. Oh Very clean also with good changing facilities.
