The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgable. The facilities are well-equipped and clean, and are currently being expanded. Couldn't recommend the whole team here highly enough. Absolutely first class.

Simon came highly recommended from a friend and rightly so, his CV is jaw dropping.
I received an excellent service, Simon diagnosed the cause of my problem quickly and gave me exercises to resolve the issue.
I felt a big difference immediately and have not had a recurrence despite significantly increasing my training.

Best thing I've done when it comes to my general health and wellbeing is take a trip to Simon Harland. After months of struggling with a shoulder injury due to weight lifting I bit the bullet and went to Replay clinic. I have only been once so far but straight away he's accurately pinpointed the issue and was able to address some of the pain and increase range of motion I was impressed at how simple he's made it all seem. Looking forwarding to getting back for the rest of the treatment. once finished with this treatment I'll be getting a full movement screen to try reduce the possibility of these things happening again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks Simon.
