A great place for well cooked food and a comfortable atmosphere. Our waitress was funny, accommodating and lovely.

On my second visit for my moms birthday the food was ok but the service was very slow and poor.
One waiter was great about instructions for the cake (sorry if I was over the top) he was pleasant.
One of us asked for water, we didn't get it. One of the waitresses was being very loud with a table behind us so we couldn't hear each other. No one sang when they brought the cake out.
We were ignored on several occasions when trying to get service, they'd see our table needed clearing and walk by... the list goes on.

5 stars. Just because of the customer service from a staff member called Cristiano. He makes the bar what it is.

Starter nice but did not represent good value for money, main course was extremely salty I couldn't finish it. The service was poor due to one particular waiter, we were rushed from the time of our arrival. We were part of a large party as there was lots of traffic in the city centre some of our party were running a little late we were warned after just 8 minutes that if they didn't hurry up they could only have a main course & starter. We were told several times there was another booking for our table at 7:00 & made to feel we had to rush. When we'd finished our mains only 2 people wanted a dessert but the waiter had already returned with the bill & then complained that they never asked for a dessert and reminded them that they didn't have enough time as there was only 15 mins left until we had to leave. He then snatched the bill out of one of our party's hand stating that he'd now have to add the desserts I have never given a restaurant a bad review and although only 2 of us in our party did not enjoy our main course (to my knowledge) All other staff were polite and helpful & the cocktails were nice. However I am extremely disappointed at the rudeness of the waiter. I will not be returning to red peppers again. His poor attitude ruined by God daughters birthday meal!

Got both our orders wrong and forgot our cocktails and was no form of apology. Not good value for money, would not recommend or will be returning.

We were disappointed that having booked a brunch menu for a bank holiday Monday to find on arrival that th menu was not available weekdays. The staff were not very helpful and only after some discussion did they speak to the kitchen staff to see if they could offer any of the brunch items. Food when it arrive was fine but some peoples meals could have been hotter. Will not be rushing back. V
