Hi very bad customer service the staff at Birmingham branch need learn how to deal wit customers the lady was dealing with me was very arrogant also if ur face don't fit with the staff at Birmingham branch u will have problem I was very badly let down on my son wedding day by refusing to sort it out also I was not made welcome by staff at Birmingham branch very unfriendly so don't even bother with them.
