The most awful minibus ever rented. I booked over the phone and given all my card details then when I went on the day there was no van. The man gave us the dirtiest and uncomfortable minibus I had ever seen. When I returned the minibus on the same day and left the keys through the letterbox, he was still denying that I brought back on the same day and said he only received the day after when he opened the shop again. He was very rude when I talked to him over the phone to return my deposit back.

I have, very sadly, just handed back my Flexi-Lease car yesterday. The service that I received from everyone at Practical has been outstanding and I want to thank Amanda and everyone else there..!!
If you are looking to lease a car then Practical are the company to choose. From enquiry to the day I received my 'brand new' car was under a week and the process is so simple. I had not one day of trouble with the vehicle and the staff were always helpful when I rang up.
Although I have now purchased my own vehicle I will be using Practical again in the very near future for another Flexi-Lease vehicle for my partner.
Thank you so much and I will happily recommend this service to anyone who asks.

I hired a van from Ash Motor Services(Practical Car & Van Rental, 73 Watery Lane, Birmingham) last week. The attitude of the service is very poor. When asked you to provide ID documents, the old gentleman (look like from South Asia) behind the counter treated you like criminal. The worst thing is when I return the van the next day, I refilled the oil tank as required at their petrol station. As usual, the diesel was pumped into the tank until a sound was heard and the pump was automatically stopped. However, when I paid for the diesel cost I used, the old man asked her staff to refill the tank again and asked me to pay extra. they treated you like a criminal. It's really ridiculously. I have ever hired car and van from many companies and never had experience like this. It's nightmare!!! I will never use service of "Ash Motor service". Be careful, everybody! Avoiding their service!
