Some great products at Christmas but during the year it's dated and lacking in any quality of exciting products. No decent brands. Store used to be bigger but is now looking old and tired and can tell there is no money to upkeep.
Prices are reasonable but again only time I get get sometime worth buying is at Christmas with the gifts.

Visited BHS Birmingham and recieved great service from a very helpful team. The manager was very supportive to my needs and her staff reflected her support. I was suprise to see new product and services which include personalised gifts made in front of you and a new character shop on the kids department (my daughters love frozen). I must say that yes the store looks a little tired but the team really compensate to their limit. Would recommend this store to anyone.

very poor toilet facilities - dirty and smelly and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned that day.
the cafe was awful/ the cold display cabinets were both not working - so no cold drinks. the coke/pop/machines were both out of order. sandwiches were sitting in the "cold cabinets " - warming up nicely ready to give you a good dose of something nasty.
We left !!
