Arrived early and sat in car looking up the trading hours and spotted poor reviews. No need to worry - the staff arrived early and opened before the advertised timing and she turned out to be extremely helpful and very pleasant. Shop is very well stocked and I left totally happy with everything I needed for the fancy dress party this weekend 😄

Please don't buy Harry Potter wands from this shop. I bought 2 wands from here, they both shattered the same evening. The manager was extremely rude and refused to exchange them. It should have been made obvious at the point of sale that the wands were extremely delicate and not suitable for playing with. Very disappointed.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I made an order with buy feathers which they took payment for but never sent out the items. I then had to battle with the rude and uncooperative staff to get a refund which they never wanted to carry out so they constantly hung up the phone on me on many occasions when trying to chase up the refund which they blamed it on BT phone line problems which was absolute rubbish! I have never delt with such rude, uncaring, unprofessional people in my life. My advice is to stay clear from this business!!!

I have no experience to share, because when we got to the store at 5.10 they were closed, despite the opening hours being stated on the web site as being 10-6. Really annoyed at battling traffic and making plans for nothing! Will not be going back! There is 1 star showing simply because it wouldn't let me post my comment with no stars!
