The shop is generally great, especially some of the pen quality, but it's slightly more expensive and the Ferrari pen look ugly as hell and it's sold for 20 quids or more... The lady service was great, but I think it would be great if you can train her on how to use/print A3/A4 paper in different format, rather than just general A3 printing, also the microsoft office in the shop is generally outdated (2003 or 2007 I dont remember, but I know they cannot read 2013 publisher), so if you going to this shop remember your format support 2003...

Shop assistant didn't even know how to make a copy. She asked me how to print it. Charged me £1.40 for 2 prints in black and white. I give 1 star because I can't give less.
