Ordered a pe kit for my son for secondary school. Ordered nearly two weeks before he was due to start. Today is his 4th day there and he still doesn't have a pe kit. I phoned last Monday 4th September to be told I would receive on Friday just gone and the school would be informed of the problem. I haven't received the pe kit. And the school wasn't informed. Very annoyed as my son was told off today. I made a complaint last week, but guess what no one has bothered to reply to me!!! So now I'm going to have to cancel my order and order elsewhere. This will be the first and last time I use this shop

The service was quite poor in respect to waiting time. I was made to wait 20 minutes before I could talk to someone. It is evident more staff are needed but the existing staff are kind and polite.

Very busy in July/August. Only good for buying partly school wear. Otherwise o go asda or Tesco

Went in this morning for about 9.30, no one else in the shop, served promptly by a young girl. Told her we required the uniform for a certain grammar school and she went into the back and returned with the order. My son tried on the uniform and her pick of sizes were bang on. We were out of the shop in 15 minutes. One of the items was out of stock, we placed the order for which they will be a 2 week wait.
Yes the prices are dear, but the blazers and trousers are of high quality, much better than M & S and Next and the prices were similar. The blazer sleeves were not excessively long either.
Had originally decide to buy the blazers and trousers from a big supermarket chain but after feeling the material and seeing the fit decided to stick with Gogna.
All in all a good shopping experience. Only 4 stars as the prices are dear but they do sell alot of specialist uniform. I dreading my son losing his P.E kit.

Basically good shop for school uniform. customer service can still be improved to the expectations of more demanding costomers. Prices are a bit cheaper than elsewhere. Not bad quality stuff. you get what you pay for. the shop must strive to stock everything they advertise.
