Not a great Halfords. Venue appears older or just grubby and is small so shelf offer is limited. Recommend click and collect to guarantee you get what you want. Travelled across town to see a specific child’s bike and they didn’t have it to view or buy!?!

AVOID.The worst customer service ever . Walked in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude , I wanted to buy a dash cam and book in a fitting. Her answer was we have loads booked in today in a rude manner . Took another colleague to jump in say would you like me to check the diary for you. I replied I'm ok now thanks .

Unfortunately customer service much to be desired initially, asked 2 individuals for help and seemed totally disinterested but sales assistant named Zahir. Helped in coming to the car advising on products and showing me where they were. A credit to halfords, I was about to leave until he helped.

Went to buy some window screen wipers front and back great quick efficient fitting service. No attitude problems, always worth a visit.
