She was bossy on her employee also the stuff we did not need persuade us force fully to buy.
Remaining we bought uniform for school have different varieties.

This shop has excellent stock and helpful assistants to help.
I have been coming to this store for many years and I have never been disappointed!
The prices are also very competitive!

Great selection of senior and junior labled schoolwear. Staff are friendly and happy to help.
Orders can be completed for embroidery where needed.
Embroidery work was carried out quickly (within a week) and I was notified items were ready to collect via phone.
Downside: Slight communication barrier with some staff.
Staff felt a little pushy, not rude, just a bit too *there* and constantly asking if I needed help. While I understand customer service is important (I work in high end retail, I totally get it), sometimes less is more. Not everyone wants to be asked if they need help five minutes apart.
Store is small. A little too small for the amount of stock and this made it look a little messy and hard to just view items, no fault of the workers though, they've worked with the unit space.
Prices.. School specific uniforms are expensive everywhere you go. Blazers are about £37-
School logo shirts are about £10-

I normally don't write reviews but after visiting Midland Schoolwear in Acocks Green for the very first time, I had to write something praising the shop. I went with my two children to find the appropriate uniform for the beginning of term. I was immediately greeted by a very welcoming and friendly staff who quickly put my mind at ease. I managed to find everything I needed and she even had time to keep an eye on my young two year old when my little boy was trying the sizes. She went above and beyond to help me find all I needed for my lad to get started. I would highly recommend this shop to all parents who are looking to equip their children for school.
