Great place for toys just a pity they don't cater for children of ethnicity in terms of dolls but I suppose that down to the UK toy market

Great place. Our kid loves it. We use it all the time. Helpful staff.. Just helped to pickup a new kids bike last weekend.

Staff were really helpful. I had a picture on my phone of the item i was looking for and as soon as I showed a member of staff I was led straight to it. Great store. Will definately be doing some christmas shopping here.

My first time to Smyths toys superstore. Wow do they stock toys or What!... and for all age ranges.
I'll keep this brief but one thing I noticed about Smyths was their customer services was excellent. Always trying to engage with customers but not to the point where you may feel harassed.
Della the lady that helped me... I felt I wanted to buy something just for the sake of the effort she put in answering my 1001 questions.
Well done Smyths... see you guys soon!
