I’ve been to this store more than twice and I’ve had the same issue, none of the staff here know anything about customer service. They just talk amongst themselves about their personal lives and don’t even acknowledge you. She even swore in front of me which I think is atrocious.
I was taking my time trying to pick a perfume and the lady serving me was rushing me so she carrying on talking about her personal life.
I’ve had much better experiences at other stores it’s just a shame about this one.

Serious customer services training needed! I wasnt sure which aftershave I wanted to buy but the two ladies behind the counter were much too busy engrossed in their personal conversation to help me out. I had to interupt their conversation twice to ask to smell two fragrances and then had to ask to borrow their pen to write on the sample cards myself! I ended up walking away (little did they notice, still talking to each other!) and going to superdrug where an assistant was much more helpful. Just ridiculous.
