People who worked there were nice, the rooms were specious but dark. The window did not seal correctly so the cold and sound was not kept out. The breakfast was largely okay.

Great people, great service, had a lovely stay there with my friend Debor. All of the workers that we met were fanatic, Sam, Elvie, Lennox, Krystian, Zoe, John, Selina, Jeff, Akeem and everyone else. Great staff!

Excellent hotel overall. Wonderful city centre location with all amenities you would expect for a budget hotel included in the price. Easy check in with no faults with the service at all.

A friendly and welcoming hotel, conveniently placed in the city and among the plaza with bowling, cinema and food outlets beside. A quiet part of Birmingham to enjoy a relaxful sleep. Parking is below and is charged at £10 for the 24 hours. The rooms are very much like any other travelodge.
