New refurb and protein shop really improve the atmosphere, all in all a bargain given it has a sauna and steam room. Good instructors and classes and plenty of space and good new equipment

Been going here for a while now. Defo the most practical and flexible gym. Staff are awesome and equipments are maintained we'll also the hygiene is good in the locker room and toilets

Great gym .only fault I could find is the 3 rowing machines either need a good service .or need replacing .no resistance on chains foot straps are very worn also .won't stay tight either !!!

Good gym, easy access and polite friendly staff. Offers gym, ladies gym, weight room, steam room and sauna. It has pleanty of equipment and is largely spaced out...The bathrooms could be cleaner but overall its not bad for the cost so your money is well spent (if you attend regularly and keep fit)!

Very good gym, fully air conditioned, water fountain facility and clean showers and changing rooms.
No Wi-Fi, some staff very friendly, some very rude. Overall, good value for money.
Can get crowded but I have never had a major problem.
