I was recommended in 2010 to take advice from Sarah Duncton on a lower back and leg issue I had been struggling with for a number of years. Her help and assistance from other members of her team has been invaluable and I have no hesitation in recommending Physio Art. I may have hit retirement age but am more active now than I was 5/6 years ago and with a regular review from Sarah I am confident of that continuing.

The professionalism and friendly atmosphere at Physio Art makes the place very welcoming. And the later opening hours makes it so convenient for me to book appointments after work. The staff are knowledgeable of my disabilities and listen to my concerns. Thanks Physio Art!

Sarah is an excellent physio! Patient orientated and a good listener. I feel much more positive about my injury and am I making good progress, working towards running again soon.

I visited Sarah Duncton at Physio Art, Birmingham December 2016 due to excruciating pain in my lower back. Sarah has the most calming disposition and her holistic approach to the situation was amazing. Sarah seemed to ask all the right questions enabling me to get a full sense of what was happening, I found this reassuring and incredibly useful. Sarah taught me gentle stretches to support the release of the tension in my lower back therefore naturally relieving the pain. A subsequent visit then moved me into the next stage of recovery as Sarah taught me mobilising techniques and straightforward movements to strengthen my body and aim to prevent this from reoccurring. How good is all of that? In two sessions!
