Artificially "No table" just to make us wait 20 minutes at the door in the bar. Once in, about one third of tables empty. Taking the order was quick but we waited about 30 min for the food which came partially burned and too spicy to the point that you could not feel much flavour. The atmosphere was too dark to the point that o had to use the light from my phone to read the menu. The only positive thing about the place was the kind waiter. Do not recommend and will not come back.

Had a family meal at Jamie's Italian today, the food was good however the cheese on my Pizza was stone cold when I queried it with the waiter I was told that's normal to stop the cheese melting. Both my wife and daughter had a Grey Goose Le Fizz the most disappointing cocktail they have ever had. They sent the first one back as the soda was flat, the replacements were only marginally better.

Very impressed. Great food and service. Our waiter Adam couldn't of been more helpful. The manager Richard was also excellent, this was the best restaurant we have visited in years. Highly recommended 👍

Amazing experience! Liz and her team were so welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was buzzing for a Saturday early evening and the food was exquisite. The daily specials were way to tempting as well as the main menu. YUM !!! The food was fresh and of a really high quality.
Jamie's Italian is on a whole other level compared to the normal high street Italians (i.e Pizza Express, Ask etc) but the pricing is no different. It's a no brainier and this will definitely become our new favorite family restaurant, it would suit all ages and tastes.

I visited with my friends and family for the first time, and was dissapointed. The starter was lovely, we couldn't fault it, however our main meals were not up to scratch. Somebody on our table asked for steak and they weren't asked for preference on how it was cooked. Those that had pasta weren't asked if they would like grated Parmesan (most places ask this). Two people in our party had burgers, these came with no side salad or chips.. just a lonely burger. One of us cut our mouth on our food and when we spoke to a waiter about this we weren't offered a drink of water or ice to relieve the swelling / bleeding , the waiter stood there like a melon. Thankfully we were offered a form of compensation.. we were offered the one meal free. Service was slow..
