We booked two family rooms for two nights last weekend. We arrived very late on the Friday evening with sleeping children so were allowed to park very close to hotel
Beds very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Joyce who couldn't do enough for all of the guests. Our vegetarian had a good choice of breakfasts. Close to City. We will use this Premier Inn again.

Just wanted to say I don't normally write review, but I had to give credit were credit is due
Joyce who works in the restaurant where we had breakfast
Was truly amazing, her service was second to none and made breakfast an amazing experience Well done Joyce keep up the fantastic work that you do

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, thanks to the lovely Joyce. Comfy beds, though rooms are a little on the small side.

Rooms clean and well turned out. Very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. Only down turn was that the room heater was behind the curtains, as it was a cold night not able to switch on as the unit was too close to the curtains and with the rest of a fire prevented me to switch on to warm the room.

Great modern building and top rooms. They even supply irons and ironing tables. Brand New comfy bathrooms and very pleasant staff which is hard to find in the UK. Close to station.
