Food is great but service is meh. Also don't even THINK of phoning ahead because in the years of living next to this place they must have picked up the phone once....

Quite disappointed.
1) Mix up in the kitchen with a simple two burger order meant it took over 45 mins for the food to arrive.
Then when it did arrive, another mix up and they got me the wrong burger. Had to send it back and wait another 10 mins for the second burger.
2) Food itself was okay, burgers were extremely salty. Way over the limit.
3) Seating area was quite dirty and everything just felt so unclean. Can't imagine how filthy the kitchen must be like.
Not recommended at all. 👎👎👎

This diner had multiple posters inside and outside advertising smoothies, I went in and honestly that was the start of my disgust. It was murky, unclean, and uncomfortable. Ignoring that I went to the till where a grumpy old man, who was frantically banging around the diner serving people aggressively, told me to wait a minute. I asked him for the smoothies and he said he didn't sell them he only sold milkshakes. I said fine and brought a strawberry milkshake. He got out 3 strawberries from the fridge and didn't wash them, but put them on a dirty chopping board covered with chocolate sprinkles and other things that for all he knew, I could be allergic to. He cut them and then left them out in the open as he went to serve another guest. He then picked up a dirty blender from a sink filled with dirty dishes, hardly rinsedq it as there were still so many bits of previous drinks that had been blended in there and dropped in the 3 strawberries and ice cream and milk. I felt uncomfortable watching the mixture go a very very off pink colour as he blended it for nowhere near long enough, in this dirty blender. I gave him my money and left and immediately threw it away as when he started pouring it in my cup it was lumpy and just looked disgusting. There was no way I was putting that in my system especially because of how unclean the blender was. The old man needs to fix his sanitation, manners, and attitude because I've never entered somewhere so unsatisfactory and uncomfortable
