The bowling was good , we had no problems with the facilities or equipment. good venue with plenty of lanes and space . The staff were not really helpful and had faces on so thats why im giving a 3 . normal place to bowl to be honest but beware of the staff members ... moody as heck ... like you dont even have to ask them for extra , just asked them for bookings and it was as if i was the worst person ever ... not coming back here again ... im sure other places will take my booking with a smile :) . Wouldnt recommend to others if you wanna to be treated Normally but if you dont mind customer service and just wanna bowl then its here but to be honest i cant do without NORMAL engagement of customer / staff business booking/ inquiry...

Not impressed. When I entered, the atmosphere was good and seemed like a good place to go. But then we ran into a few issues. We paid for 2 games and had the whole game cut off on us on the second game. We contacted the staff aboht the issue and and took them more than 20 minutes to do anything so we requested a refund. They also didn't refund us in cash but with a voucher.. Why would we want to return after this? Do not recommend this place at all

Great prices. I went on a Tuesday, half price. The staff were not friendly, when I first walked up to the desk I wasn't greeted in a nice way, no smiles. The second time I went to buy a slush, no smile and when I asked a question I felt as if the person serving was annoyed. The last time I went up because I wasn't sure of how to work something. Again no smile, very blunt response. A bad atmosphere made it much less enjoyable.
