Dated architecture already in need of redevelopment. Irony is retention of the original 1960s precinct would have aged better.

Beautiful and relaxing place. Lovely bunch of people here (both the staff and volunteers). Family friendly. One can never get tired of visiting Martineau gardens.

A great place if you want to eat. It's city-central location is not only convenient, but is 'central'. Yeah, stupid. But still a nice place with a few restaurants.

Tend to pass through this area as I'm walking around town rather than eat at any of the eating places. Not really too much in this area now, but all is kept tidy and clean looking.
I always get hassled by street salesmen in this area of late which is slightly annoying.
Quite a few main shopping streets are accessed from here, I use the pound shop a lot which is just on the corner.
