Our experience in this Bannatyne branch was not too bad. I am surprised that many rate it as low as 1 star. I can only speak for what we saw. Facilities were fine and staff were ok as well. Nothing too bad to notice

Even after refurbishment; 1- Pool always dirty, 2- Staff rude and not bothered, 3- Personal trainers don't know much and don't look like personal trainers either. 4- Standard typical run of the mill machines that don't justify the money they're asking for. 5- Youd think they spent all that money on refurbishment and spend some on free weights but nope! Queue for a pair of dumbbells because the whole gym has only ONE pair! New gym set up means clients keep pumping into each other when they're training due to lack of space. Madness that looks a bit better than before. Can't wait for my contract to finish.

Gym is stylish and well equipped after refurbishment. Pool can get busy in peak times. Separate female male saunas.quite old building but they trying.

Been a member for 8 months now and very happy. More expensive than other gyms but had a pool, steam room and sauna. All equipment in the gym has recently been replaced.

Very well equipped gym, recently refurbished, mostly spacious. It has a steam room and sauna, women and men are segregated for these though. It has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Staff is mostly nice, but you get the occasional strange reply when you feel like you want to apologise for disturbing them, if you know what I mean. Still I give it 5 stars.
