I arrived 10 minutes early , shop was closed. The owner still had not arrived by opening time . When I called her she stated she had FORGOTTEN my appointment and was still on route !!! Terrible!

I had a free demo session of the Caci Facial and it is amazing, I noticed a difference from the demo and I have just had my 1st full treatment.
