Hi everyone,
I have found out the Managing Director is Sonia Kaur of 98 Newtown Road, Birmingham, B43 6BS.
I have sent the email below to the government website companieshouse to find out the status of the business.
Good Afternoon,
I write to you as I have some concerns with regards to a laser and beauty company called Miss Couture Ltd.
The registered company number: 09788815
Director: Sonia Kaur
DOB: May 1982
Company Status: Active
Correspondence Address: 98 Newtown Road, Birmingham, B43 6BS
I had paid £700.00 in full to the above company for beauty treatments, for which i have received 2 treatments however when i went for my next appointment the business looked as though it had closed down however i hadn't been notified. They have seemed to have closed down all of a sudden without any communication with their clients who have paid a lot of money. They have also conned clients through groupon, taking clients money without any treatments as the business is closed. I do not even have anyone to contact to get my money back which is highly unfair.
If you type in their company name in google you will see what I mean.
There is a lot of disappointed customers by the sounds of it who have paid and been conned by this company.
Can you give me some clarity on whether this business is still trading or dissolved and what i can do to get in touch with the director to ask for compensation?
I think the Director Sonia Kaur of 98 Newtown Road, Birmingham, B43 6BS has a lot of explaining to do.

I posted an excellent review previously... however, it seems that this organisation has decided to take people's hard earned money and have now gone bust. Have been trying for weeks to contact them with no luck.

Bunch of thieves! I paid for 6 treatments as a package in full one Payments now they don’t answer the fone or even email me back the clinic is shut !! I only had 3 treatments seeking legal advice do not go there

My sister received her laser treatment from here and they totally burned her arm. She has been left with severe scars now around her elbow and the crease of her arm. Do not trust them!
