Idiot drivers!...especially the buffoons who dont mind running into you because they own the road....or not paying attention because they're are trying to chat up revellers on the weekend.

Sometimes I am stuck for half an hour waiting for a service operating every 10mins.

On Sunday travelled from Digbeth,Birmingham to Bournemouth and felt it necessary to commend the female driver (sorry no name). Her driving was impeccable and maintained a professional manner throughout. Sadly I left handbag at service station in Basingstoke and didn't realise until approaching Bournemouth. Once again our driver did everything to ensure I had contact with Service Station confirming that I had in fact left handbag on toilet door. She advised that on our return today we ask our driver if he would be able to stop on return journey to reclaim. Today we were astounded that today's driver, Mark altered his route to accommodate our dilemma. Having never used National coaches until this weekend I cannot thank enough both members of staff for 'going the extra mile for their passengers' and their professionalism toward their job.
