Den Caney coaches! Just the mere mention of this companies name brings back memories of countless day trips up and down the country. My experiences of Den Caney run the complete gambit. From breakdowns to fires and sing songs to being mooned at by football fans on the motorway, Den Caney has a big place in my heart.
They are the go-to coach company for day trips in the south of Birmingham. They are very rarely beaten on price and the choice of destinations is pretty good although somewhat smaller than it used to be. They have been operating for a few decades but did close for a few years in the early 2000's.
The drivers are really chilled and friendly and the main office staff are a pleasure to deal with. Customer satisfaction is a very high priority for them.
Den Caney are not perfect but when mistakes are made they bend over backwards to make it right. An example of this is when the coach driver didn't pick us up because of a mix up at the office. The manager drove out to pick us up. An hour later we had caught up with the coach and we were even offered a free trip for not only the three that were affected but the whole party of eight.
I would recommend Den Caney highly. Thanks for all of the wonderful memories and I hope for many, many more. I have lined up a day at the Blackpool pleasure beach later on in the month and Den Caney are who I will be travelling with again

Very disappointed with this company not happy at all. I went to beach trip with a group of people as we got their the coach broke down. we had to wait for 2 hours before we got rescued by another coach. Communication between the drivers and the management team was very bad. I will not recommend den caney to anyone.
