Will give them five stars as they are good at what they do and act fast with appointments and emergencies, but need to work on the smell in the waiting room- some opened window may help

To anyone considering Pype Hayes....STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!
3 months of phone calls for a repeat prescription for flees and STILL the receptionist refuses to help, she has been so obstinant and self important that now it has gone over the 12 months - even the vet is saying I cannot have it. After me making yet another 3 phone calls this morning fighting to get this simple prescription, it was finally okayed and told to pick it up after 2.30. I then begged my boss to leave work early to go and collect it as obviously my cats and house are in dire need of the long awaited prescription. As soon as I asked for the prescription I was left waiting around only to be told I cannot have it. If the receptionist would have been helpful when I first asked for the prescription I would have been well within the 12 months! Having being with them for so long and being the loyal customer I am, I expected more than this. I am relieved I am not awaiting treatment for a more serious condition!

The vets are amazing!!!! but the reception is so HARSH with the attitude of computer says no (depending on who's on reception) I am looking to leave the vet as its to much hard work & luck of the draw on who answers the phone ;( gutted because I trust the vets totally... but I can not stand the drama on reception.

Very helpful but I only went for advice about a wildlife animal. However, they did everything they could and I came away with confidence.

Very good and friendly vets with very reasonable prices. Took our Gerbils here and prices were about 1/3 of Manor Vets (exotic specialists) and the knowledge was of a similar level. For most general (fluffy) pets they are great. I cannot say what their knowledge of more obscure animals are like l.
