Not very good ordered and payed for the new david wall book at traford centre but due to illness have not been able to collect it ask if i could get it at bolton they said no it would mes up there stock so went and bought it at tesco still have not been able to collect it yet so will be buy my books else where in future

This Waterstones is packed and so can be a bit dodgy for us wheelchair users. It has a Costa coffee upstairs and when its working a lift will takes you there. Its a nice place to relax and read your new books.
