Called briefly today to pick up a belated birthday card. Couldn't find one, so asked a young male assistant who obviously knew nothing about the department so I suggested he ask someone. An older male assistant was passing to replace a card in the display. Asked him and all he said was 'I don't think they do belated cards....well, I've never seen one...' Terrible customer service! Had to buy a standard birthday card and asked again at the checkout but there the lady said 'I'd like to help you look but I am the only one here' No one was paged!

Hate this store never has what you want ever
The Isle signs are not informative enough.
Can never find anything.
Funny, I never go in here unless I have too. I was looking for a pushchair.

A concise supermarket, not too far to walk around if you have forgotten something. Everything you would expect. Convivial staff. No hassle returns if required. Fresh fruit looks good but not up to much, same as all supermarkets except MnS. Difficult exiting car park 4.30 to 6 due to traffic and traffic light synchronisation

Generally a nice store but I find it annoying when the till staff say "Need help with your packing" when they have no sincerity in their voice. It's almost like they're saying a mechanical line.
