Accommodated my bridal party and I on the last minute before Christmas, were very helpful but not pushy. I found my dream dress and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. As we ordered my dress on the final Saturday opening before Christmas, I also received my tiara free of charge which was amazing. I cannot thank these lovely ladies enough for all of their help and advice. Highly recommended.

Left for 45 minutes even though I had booked an appointment for a particular time. Wasn't offered a drink whilst we waited. Wasn't asked about my budget before selecting dresses. Whilst I tried on dresses the lady was polite and helpful but added extras to the dress without explaining the prices before hand. Found a dress that I loved but was unfortunately over my budget when I asked if the deal of a free veil was still available if I went away to think about it but came in the same day I was told she didn't know and would ask but it felt very uncomfortable as if I was being unreasonable. All in all was not the experience I wanted when going to try on dresses for the first time for the most important day of my life.

I saw a beautiful Maggie Sottero gown online and was thrilled to find that Bliss Bridal stocked the dress. I sent an email asking about availability and Anisa got back to me making me feel very welcome to come and try.
Upon entering the shop Anisa was very polite and extremely helpful. She made the whole experience feel very relaxing and catered the dress shopping experience perfectly to what I had asked for.
Anisa recommended a veil, I was originally opposed against wearing one but she encouraged me to try it out to accentuate the dress. I am so happy that Anisa chose this veil! It was perfect for the dress and highlighted the beautiful, elegant lace detailing. I never thought I'd wear one but the choice she made was just perfect. Very polite professional and a great eye for Bridal wear.

Fantastic customer service. The staff are so friendly and helped me find the perfect wedding dress. I couldn't be happier and I am so glad I chose bliss bridal Bolton. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!
