Absolutely incredible experience yesterday with Bupa in Sainsbury's. My partner chipped his two front teeth, quite badly, on Saturday Morning. We immediately phoned up Bupa and they booked us in on Sunday afternoon. My partner is extremely nervous about going to the dentist, but the dentist who saw him was absolutely amazing. She was so so so lovely to him and made him feel totally at ease. She did an incredible job, and his teeth look even better than before. We weren't insured by Bupa for dental before so paid for the treatment, which was a fraction of the price I was expecting it to be, and will now take out Bupa Dental insurance for sure. By far the best dental experience we have ever had. I can't sing their praises enough!

Needed an emergency extraction on a Sunday when my normal dentist was not open. I am at the best of times phobic of dentists and needles but Dr Alexia Malik, who specialises in supporting people with anxiety about dental procedures was brilliant and very patient. The sad thing is that the extraction did not happen as the nerve could not be numbed, despite being injected with the maximum safe limit of local anesthetic. It is not the cheapest and the room isn't the most plush, but it was open on a Sunday when the tooth was hurting and I got treatment to make the worst of the pain go away. The customer service was excellent.

Truly horrendous and Karen the hygienist needs to look for a new job she shouldn't be practicing, she is abrupt, when lay back in the dental chair she carrys on when I put my hand up and then says "it can't be that bad" have you have seen that old film "the dentist" I'm sure she is out of there. STAY CLEAR and Karen Lidl are taking on shelf stackers that way your unable to put people through abrupt torture.

I was a customer for about 4 years and spent a huge amount of money, the previous dentist was really good though. Last two times I went I saw two new dentists, the second one was abrupt and it was going to be £220 for two straightforward fillings! This was a ridiculous and unreasonable price which I couldn't afford, I emailed them about it and they never responded. In the 4 years I was there getting all this treatment noone ever suggested a payment plan. Looking at their price list the prices look reasonable but they are never these prices, always really expensive. My husband worked out that the hygienist charges £2 a minute. Got another dentist now thankfully. Don't be fooled by the price list!
