Worst customer service, too much kids in a class in swimming lessons. Just waste of time if u thinking of swimming lessons for ur kids. Changing rooms stinks 🤮

I think staff are very helpful and polite.The new changing rooms are a lot smaller but you cant blame staff for that.Keep up the good work thanks.

Terrible customer service.
The worst experience with Bolton one customer services ever ،obviously they have no respect towards their customers .Reception staff seem largely bored, unhelpful and dismissive.
It's a nightmare to get through on the phone to book anything and the membership team are eager to get your money but after that they have no interest in assisting with any follow up information.
A lot of the members discuss this issue in the changing room. There is a real mixture of people that work there. To be fair one or two are friendly, but a lot of them are very rude,sullen and do not acknowledge customers. Having seen the response of the manager, because the majority of the staff look completely miserable and are very unfriendly. They also make children feel that they aren't welcome.

It's decent, nothing exceptional. The gym is functional, and you can easily find all the machines and weights you need for a workout.
