lovely centre, warm and welcoming, The timetable has a good mix of Yoga styles and also therapy's are offered, I have attended both classes and workshops here its fab! highly recommended

Ruth has created a very welcoming and peaceful place to practice. If you live in or near Bolton and are considering yoga - definitely give the centre a try. Lots of classes to choose from so you'll easily find one that fits your level and schedule.
