Just ordered food with yoghurt sauce, the sauces where all over the bag and the food was cold, when we called them to explain they told us that they are busy and aren't going to do anything about it... Not happy at all, avoid, they don't care about there customers

Heard the food is decent but were appalled with the customer service.
Absolutely disgusted with the response.
Ordered breakfast and made it clear we can collect if the delivery would be too difficult and take too long. We were told that delivery isn't a problem and would take around 45 minutes at the most.
An hour later we call and we're told few minutes away. 1 hour 30 minutes later still no delivery.
To make matters worse when we called them to ask for an update. The person on the phone started shouting at us like we were in the wrong. Then tells us we will never deliver again to your house. Oh and he added some Gujarati lingo in his verbal abuse on the phone.
Not sure what he was saying but didn't sound too friendly.
Seems like they've got easy custom hence the attitude and bad customer service.

Great value and well cooked food. Filling and well presented. Options to sit in or take away.

i Phoned a pre-close burger meal order in, WOW! i appreciate honesty, these people took the P*SS (the Owner!) semi-cold buns dry and cracked burger meat was re-warmed and cheap, fries where awful and i got charged Full Whack! Will never go back, Dis-Honest, Cheap in Expensive out, i would rather go else-where! 1 star would give none if i could!
