Rooms are a good size, clean, tastefully decorated. Nice big TV and USB plugs are a nice touch. Let down by the bathroom which is tired and dated and the shower a bit wonky. Free WiFi didn't extend to rooms 57-59.
The Spa & Gym are lovely. A very well equipped gym with lots of space. Two steam rooms and two saunas.
Food in the restaurant is good but the portions are too small for a hungry man, especially one who who's been using the gym.

Delightful hotel complex, made to look like an old village. Nice shops and tea room to walk around and explore. Only downside to rhos visit was that the temporary fair had blocked off the exit from the car park so the only way out was against the one way system. Could have been donne better.

Great place. So relaxing. Helpful friendly staff, would recommend and will be staying again. The food in the restaurant was lovely too, as was the gentleman playing the keyboard, he was great and a nice little touch.

Visited the Tea Rooms on Sunday, something we will never do again, nor will a few other people who were there.
We asked for 2 teas which came at a cost of £7, the tea was delivered in glass containers and it looked like worms swimming around in it, but the waitress assured us this would be filtered out - it wasn't and ended up in the cups.
The water was cold so the tea hadn't brewed.
No milk was delivered with the tea and when we asked for some, we were told they had run out and would try and get us some.
A couple of other customers had returned their drinks by this time, also complaining about the cold water, so we didn't have any qualms in asking for our money back.

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Has spa facilities about which I overheard some complimentary remarks. Meals were good and well presented.
My only complaint relates to the lack of a lift as I was on the top floor and I am no longer young.
Would definitely stay again if I had a room lower down
