Plenty of stuff to buy. Not many staff but worth waiting for help as they have a good knowledge of all things pets.

Went to get my new rabbits some things and was rudely told it was disturbing that I was buying small tunnels and beds for my baby rabbits. That they wasn't old enough and was given a roasting for giving them fruit and veg. Took them to my local vet to get registered and was told the rabbits where absoloutly fine and it's a healthy regular balanced diet they need fruit and veg. The staff at this particular store are ignorant, rude and give you false information.

The grooming room is awful. This was my third time taking my little dog for grooming and hair cut. Came back to collect her and saw a big cut down her leg and i could see her bleeding and i could see her tendon showing. They told me it happened when they wanted to clip her nails! They did not even apologise. Their behaviour was not professional whatsoever and it was clear that they did not do their job carefully. I even saw one other dog getting hair cut with a mouzer and he was whining because they were doing his delicate parts without giving enough care and attention. They told me to take my dog to vet and they will pay for it. The thing is not about the money, its about them being so not professional that they suggest money after their neglegence. I suggest not to take your dog to pets 4 home in bolton central park for grooming .
