Overall great experience. Visited today with family of young kids and had plenty of fun. Staff was very professional and supportive. One of the big plus point is plenty of parking facility. Value for money for timeout with family. Toilets need some improvement.

Great place to start a night off or take the kids and make a day of it. Plus Frankie & Benny's, Nando's, Pizza Hut and Cineworld all next-door. Also 3 hours free parking if you get your ticket checked when leaving Hollywood Bowl.

Had a game with a few friends here. The place was nice and staff were friendly. The bathroom hygiene could be better though but overall a good experience.

Love this place but myself partner n son went the guy who served at the bar was rather rude he wanted the money before pouring the drinks, no smiles just miserable. .. and normally I would buy the warm nuts.. was totally put off as I watched a member of staff helping them selves.. cross contamination. .. there is a spoon/tool that is normally used.. these nuts are over priced but after seeing that not in a rush to buy them again.. totally put off

Lovely atmosphere ,staff were helpful can wear own shoes too. I did say it was 2 birthdays we were there for.... no lie, my fiance and her son 15/7/etc and for nothing. No popcorn . nothing. Even charged for ask beverages. Poor
