I wish I could leave zero stars. Room was dusty and dirty. The room had a bright green light in it (to do with the fire alarms) which I was greatfull for except for the fact it kept me awake all night. My colleague pointed out there were silverfish in the bathroom too. Had we not arrived at around 11pm and being too tired to notice these things before the morning we would have just left and stayed elsewhere. We didn't stay for breakfast and we would have complained had there been somebody at reception to actually speak too.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very large and had a comfy bed but the bathroom was in serious need of renovation. Also heating didn't work. With some investment it could be a really good hotel for the aitport.

Nice hotel, good value and or suite was a really good size. Dropping one star because warm water came out of the cold tap in the bathroom which made for a strange tooth brushing experience. Attached restaurant, Moo is very nice. Pub is okay, but the Tetley's was lovely!
