Lovely gym, lovely staff, always willing to help and really friendly. I was really nervous about going for my first time, but I was made to feel welcome and now feel part of the family

Love this gym. Best gym I've ever been a member of. The staff are amazing , it's like a family. Great classes . Sauna in changing room & has showers and lockers . Take own padlock. Do not need to prebook for classes which is very handy if you decide last minute to attend.
