Its an amazing gym with fantastic workers and personal trainers. The facilities are great and the support given by staff is amazing. No gym really pushes you to go a extra mile but at coda everyone is there standing behind you to catch ypu when you fall down to pick you back up and keep on going :ps a big thanks to paul for the motivation he really pushes me to do better thnks paul

Good selection of equipment and I like the women's only area if you prefer not to mix. Not enough lockers and quite a few are broken. Also I personally don't get along with the fingerprint entry system!

It is a friendly gym with a great location. Very good equipments and regular classes. Being 24hrs with free parking is what makes it stands out.

I've been to coda fintness since its born. Everything is ok there except one thing the changing room. They just need to stop get naked from of other ppl. I spoke to staff and he says it's ok get naked in the changing room. Jst think one person walking frot of u naked with.showing off hos body. That's rediculous.

Best facilities. Top manager. Friendly staff. Cheap. Free parking for 2hrs. Healthy environment. Opened 24hrs. People who work all day and are only able to go gym in the night can get a night gym membership. Has the best student discount. Up to 37 exercise classes a week. Has it's own vending machine with drinks and snacks that are healthy and this for you.
