This is a pretty basic gym essentially for heavy lifting. I'm sure that it is spectacularly GOOD for that kind of thing. If you want a more sophisticated gym and seek health and wellbeing then Rock Solid is probably far too solid for you.

Positives: Clean, Friendly, Has a boxing gym, Open until 10pm.
Negatives: It used to be in much better shape, now the weights/dumbells are falling to pieces. Weights are not labelled etc...
Appears to be no form of maintenance.
Used to be excellent, now its just Okay.
