Staff lovely in hotel, rooms clean, evening meal excellent quality but very dated decor and poor spa facilities and treatments let it down.

Very busy booking wise has spa available to guests and outside patrons who have to pay.plenty of quiet areas to read in day.not far from Bridgend town.in easy reach of coast both ways.usual prices at bar for drinks and snacks.free parking.including disabled access

Good first.
Has parking. Very welcoming reception.
Good sized clean rooms and comfortable bed. Generally staff were fantastic.
What can be improved.
The coffee at breakfast was out of a machine and tasted awful. If you could only have fresh coffee it would make the world of difference. Also the cooked breakfast would have been much better cooked fresh.

Don't let the outside appearance of the Hotel deceive you. Inside you are made very welcome, the food is very good. Leisure facilities were very good, especially the swimming pool. My granddaughter loved it!

Lovely hotel, nice and quiet. We'll mannered and polite staff were always visible and happy to help. I was there for a profession event and there didn't seem to be anything they wouldn't do to help us. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
