Went into restaurant at McArthur glen standing at desk to be seated, members of staff just ignored us and as they went past just turned their back to us. Senior member of staff behind bar look at us and turned away and just caried on drinking when someone eventually did come to see us was told 20 minutes for table when we were leaving the man could be heard saying go somewhere else

Ultimate Mac & Cheese.
I believe the word ultimate is thrown around too loosely. I was served a child's starter sized portion for the ultimate price of £8.95 I had finished this morsel before sauces were presented at our table.
Partners meal was served cold. Avoid.

Drinks were lovely. Food not so much. Food was not as described, didn't come with corn on the cob or cheese as it said, ordered a wrap and the contents of it was burnt. Staff were lovely and helpful though.

It's just like every other frankie and bennies. Food is good, we went for the 2 course deal which is less than a tenner and £2.75 for a soft drink with unlimited refills which is really good value! Our waiter was very nice.
