Used TJ Taxis a number of times last weekend to transfer family members, including one disabled, between Bryngarw wedding venue and Sarn Premier Inn. Very prompt, friendly and great value.

Our taxi was late by 30 minutes; after calling the receptionist to find out where my taxi was, she said that 'we'll send another one to get you'. Our booked taxi had gone to the wrong place, picked up the wrong person, and we were none the wiser.

Overall experience - shorted lived. I found most of the taxi drivers disinterested and the same from the office. "customer service?" I don't think so. Not at all professional and not pleasant.
