Charming, mid-sized theatre with a lovely bar. Very little convenient street parking so plan your journey well.

Went here with my dad (August 2017) to experience some cool VR tech. We read about it in a local magazine, but saw it was posted everywhere in Brighton as well. The first stage was going into the bar to experience some of the less advanced VR tech. There were two HTC Vives with two more Samsung VR kits. Alot of people kept on complaining the Samsung Kit wasnt working but the HTC Vive worked well. After this we went into a dark room with three sections. The first section was multiple poles attached to the floor. When vibrated a laser would turn on, producing a cinematic sound. The more poles vibrated, the music that would be played. After this you queued for a decent 25 minutes in a very hot room to have a go on tree hugger. This is a VR experience that allows you to progress up a tree with colourful graphics. Overall I thought the experience was okay, and a bit overpriced.

A great theatre and arts hub in Brighton. Great staff too. Oh and there's a very nice bar there as well.
